J. Jireh Mission

The J. Jireh Mission has narrowed a West Edmonton hunger gap. It is located in West Edmonton in a drop in spot where it offers free hot meals during the week, as well as food baskets made available to those who are finding it tough to make ends meet . The program is supported by financial, food and equipment donations from the entire Edmonton community. The Misericordia Community Hospital and Health Centre supports the kitchen by supplying food service equipment and professional support when requested.
