P.A.T.H.

("Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope")
- for Organizations, Businesses and Families

P.A.T.H. is a fun and creative approach to strategic planning. a strategic planning alternative using graphic visioning enhances by Search conference techniques. It builds on history, common understanding and mutual support to focus wisdom, energy, and resources to achieve goals that are positive and possible. The result is a strong group that can see their capacity to act!

Key Elements

  1. Graphic recording - a colour and creative process that says with few words "this is really different, important, creative and new". Participants are challenged to describe their ideas, thoughts and feelings in pictures - if you can see it, you can do it!
  2. The P.A.T.H. Is conducted through team facilitation which models collaboration and cooperation. A series of steps are used as the guide for planning for a one year period.
